How to convert two or more PDF files into one file:
As the usage of above software and online tools are similar, I will show usage of only 1 software. I hope you can use the rest yourself. If you can’t, don’t forget to tell through comments.

1) Soda PDF – PC Version (Free)

Step – 1
First, download the software from here and install it on your computer. After installation it will look like below image when opened. Click on the Merge Files to PDF option marked in the image. If any notification about upgrade or registration comes then close them

Step – 2

Then the Merge option will be enabled. And click on any one of the two marked “+”.

Step – 3

Then a window like the image below will appear. That is, at this stage, you have to select the desired files from where your PDF files are on your computer and click on the Open button.
Step – 4

After clicking Open button 3 files are added for Merge. Below the files it also shows how many pages each file is.

Now you can move or arrange the files by dragging and dropping them back and forth.

If everything is OK click on Merge button.
Step – 5

See the files are merged into one file after clicking the Merge button.

Now the file is ready to be saved by clicking on the Save icon above.
Step – 6

Clicking on the Save icon will give you the option to save the file in which folder.

I am saving in the Documents folder, so if you want, save it by clicking on the Save button as shown in the image below.
Step – 7

Finally I confirmed whether it was saved in the Documents folder.
